Welcome to Accfin Jobs. By accessing or using www.accfinjobs.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Services
Accfin Jobs is a job portal connecting accounting & finance job seekers with employers across India. We provide the platform, listings, and messaging/application tools that let candidates discover roles and let employers find qualified talent. We are not a party to, and do not mediate, the actual employment relationship formed between a candidate and an employer.
2. For Job Seekers
Creating and maintaining a candidate profile is free. You agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information in your profile, resume, and applications, and to keep it updated as your circumstances change. Once you apply to a role or an employer unlocks your details, your profile and application become visible to that registered employer. Accfin Jobs does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or any employment outcome — we are a platform, not a recruitment agency, and hiring decisions rest solely with employers. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.
3. For Employers
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and genuineness of every job posting they publish. Job posting itself is unlimited and free for all employers during our current launch promotion (running through 31 December 2026, as shown on our Pricing page) — there is no post limit or trial cap during this period. What is metered is unlocking a candidate's full contact details (phone number, resume, and application history), which draws down from your applicant-unlock credit balance. Fake, misleading, or non-genuine job postings will be removed without notice and without any refund of credits already spent. After the promotional period ends, unlock credits will be sold in packs as described on the Pricing page at the prices then in effect.
4. Payments
All payments on Accfin Jobs are in Indian Rupees (INR), processed through our approved payment partner once online payments go live. Purchased applicant-unlock or profile-unlock credits are non-refundable once they have been spent (i.e. once a candidate or employer contact detail has been unlocked). Unused, unspent credit balances tied to a paid order may be eligible for a refund at our discretion, consistent with the validity terms stated on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. While the free promotional period is active, no payment is collected for job posting or for the free credit allocation granted to new accounts.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not scrape, harvest, bulk-download, or otherwise systematically extract candidate or employer data from the Site, whether by automated tooling or manual means, beyond what the platform's normal features provide. You may not use contact information obtained through Accfin Jobs for spam, harassment, unrelated marketing, or any purpose outside the hiring process it was shared for. Accounts found violating these rules will be suspended or terminated immediately, without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue further action where the law allows.
6. Limitation of Liability
Accfin Jobs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from interactions, hiring decisions, or agreements between employers and job seekers, nor for the accuracy or completeness of user-submitted content such as job descriptions, resumes, or profiles. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, pricing, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
